I'm new to your Kingdom I would like to learn your techniques where do I start ?
If you have already watched some videos on my youtube channel, you can take the next step, push the door and become an Apprentice Magician. Choose a workshop currently open and available here, they are suited for both beginners and more advanced crafters. Once enrolled you have life time access to all the content.
What happens when I click "enroll"?
As soon as your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with your login details. You'll have the possibility to login and start your workshop at once.(If you didn't receive any email, knock at my door laetitia@merveillesenpapier.com )
What supplies do I need to follow a workshop?
The detailed list is shared at the beginning of every workshop, you will also have the links and brands to order your supplies online. The main supplies used in most of the classes are woodglue, wallpaper glue, iron wire, kraft paper, acrylic paint, mulberry paper.
How do I get help using the site?
You will receive an inboarding email when you enroll. And at the beginning of each workshop everything will be explained in detail but of course if you don't understand something you just send me an email at laetitia@merveillesenpapier.com I will do my best to help you.
I’m a beginner and your workshops seem difficult, are they still right for me?
Yes, indeed! Beginners can follow every workshop! I show you everything I do, you only need to watch the videos lessons carefully. As we go I always give you easier, or more challenging options to choose from. That's all ! The only ingredient you need which I can't provide is patience.
How long does it take to complete a Workshop?
Some workshops like the Accessories for a Princess or The Little Characters might only take a full weekend or 3 days to complete if you immerse yourself in the material. Others like the Dollhouse, the Shoe house or Mr Rabbit on his Carriage can take between 2 weeks and 3 months.
But Of course life can be busy so each course is organized in modules so you can come back easily to the workshop and keep track of where you're up to.
What happens if I don't have time to go through all the content now?
You’ve got lifetime access to the workshops, so you’re free to dive in deep whenever you can and follow it at your own pace. And honestly waching some videos several times might be necessary to learn all the magic!
Are there any special tech requirements to access the materials of the Workshops?
Not at all! All you need is a good internet connection to enjoy the videos(you can login from any devices) some printable documents come with some workshops so you will need a printer if you want to print them.
What results can I expect?
You will learn in a few hours and few days what took me basically 15 years to master....
It should be said here, you will learn a lot watching the video lessons, but your results are entirely in your hands. I'm very confident you will be surprised and blown away by what you will achieve if you follow all the steps, I will do my best to encourage, support and help you in your journey.
